Role Overview

Key Account Executive – Oil & Gas (Freight Forwarding) at GAC.

Role Purpose

Develop and maintain a growing portfolio of oil and gas freight forwarding clients while executing sales strategy to achieve revenue and volume targets and ensuring prompt resolution of customer issues through effective collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Development

• Maintain existing client base and develop new clients to ensure continuous growth in sales.
• Develop and implement sales strategy to achieve sales targets in both revenue and volume.

Client Management

• Resolve problems through collaboration with the local management team on customer issues so that all problems are resolved promptly.
• Monitor and upgrade the credit limits required by existing and new clients so all records are up to date.
• Maintain electronic information database for customers and suppliers within the territory.

Market Intelligence

• Promote self-development and enhance market and competitor knowledge so that awareness of market trends and prices is current.
