Role Overview

Junior Recruiter at Driven Properties, supporting full-cycle hiring across key departments in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This is an entry-level recruitment role ideal for someone building a career in talent acquisition.

Role Purpose

Support full-cycle recruitment across assigned departments and role types, assisting with candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination to maintain strong talent pipelines as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Outreach

• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, direct outreach, and referrals, building early experience in headhunting and multi-channel sourcing.
• Conduct initial screening calls and shortlist suitable candidates for senior review.
• Support recruitment events, campaigns, and networking activities.
• Assist with high-volume outreach and cold contacting of candidates.

Recruitment Operations

• Support full-cycle recruitment for assigned departments or role types, working closely with senior recruiters.
• Assist with recruitment projects and hiring initiatives across departments.
• Help post and manage job advertisements across job boards, social media, and the careers page.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and keep the ATS/talent pipeline up to date.

Qualifications & Experience

• 0-2 years of recruitment, sales, or customer-facing experience.
• Genuine interest in building a career in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Skills & Competencies

• Comfortable with high-volume outreach and cold contacting candidates.
• Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple open roles at once.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and ATS platforms is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to engage candidates and stakeholders.
