Role Overview

Junior Quantity Surveyor at Al Shirawi Group.

Role Purpose

Support the project quantity surveying team in delivering accurate cost control, contract administration, and billing services across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Administration & Documentation

• Maintain logs for variations, Instructions, RFI's, PA, PC, and related contract documents.
• Prepare comparison reports following review of IFT & IFC drawings.

Quantity & Cost Planning

• Perform take-off quantities and prepare scope-wise packages.

Billing & Payment Processing

• Support Senior QS for subcontractor billing, including site cross-checking, evaluation, and certification.
• Support Senior QS for preparation of interim payment applications.

Project Support

• Assist the project QS with all project-related works.
