Role Overview

Junior Quantity Surveyor at Al Shirawi Group.

Role Purpose

Support the quantity surveying function across project delivery, from documentation and takeoff through to billing and payment processing.

Key Responsibilities

Documentation & Variation Management

• Maintain logs for variations, instructions, RFI's, PA, and PC records.

Quantity Takeoff & Scope Definition

• Take off quantities and prepare scope-wise packages.

Billing & Certification

• Support senior QS for sub-contractor billing, including cross-checking at site, evaluation, and certification.
• Support senior QS for preparation of interim payment applications.

Design Coordination

• Compare IFT and IFC drawings and prepare comparison reports.

General Project Support

• Assist the project QS for all project-related works.
