Role Purpose

Design and implement high-performance trading algorithms that balance execution speed with code maintainability, translating mathematical models into production-ready technical solutions within fast-paced, real-time systems.

Key Responsibilities

Algorithm Development & Optimization

• Implement high-performance trading algorithms masterfully balancing raw execution speed with long-term code maintainability.
• Architect robust, asynchronous, multi-threaded, and network-centric systems utilizing advanced C++ templates.

Collaboration & Integration

• Partner closely with the Quantitative Research team to translate mathematical models into production-ready technical solutions.
• Integrate seamlessly into the international workspace with strong accountability and communication.

Qualifications & Experience

• Rock-solid foundation in data structures and core computer science principles.
• Proven track record in competitive programming is highly preferred.
• Practical engineering experience using C or C++.
• Hands-on exposure to sub-microsecond, ultra-low latency real-time engineering.
• Experience with lock-free concurrency paradigms and data containers.
• Familiarity with GPU programming via CUDA.

Skills & Competencies

• Advanced C++ development and template expertise.
• Strong conceptual understanding of Linux OS internals and networking.
• Proficiency in professional English, written and spoken.
