Role Overview
Junior Legal Counsel at Six Construct, a subsidiary of the BESIX Group, in the United Arab Emirates. This role is open to UAE Nationals only.

Role Purpose
This role provides exposure to corporate legal practice within a major international construction group. By supporting work related to contracts, tenders, governance, and dispute management, the position strengthens the legal function that supports business operations. Through mentorship from senior legal counsel and participation in cross-functional projects, the role develops strong legal, analytical, and research capabilities while supporting the organization's legal strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Contracts, Governance & Dispute Management
- Support legal work related to contracts, tenders, governance, and dispute management.
- Assist with drafting, research, and legal analysis tasks.
- Contribute to the preparation and review of legal documents.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Participate in cross-functional projects and collaborate with different departments.
- Support initiatives that align legal strategy with business operations.
Professional Development
- Learn and apply corporate legal practices within the construction and infrastructure environment under the guidance of senior legal counsel.
Qualifications & Experience
- Hold or pursue a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law as a recent graduate or final-year student.
- Demonstrate a strong interest in corporate, construction, and infrastructure projects.
- Possess knowledge in employment and HR related matters including employment agreements.
- Possess knowledge in corporate matters such as Power of Attorney.
Skills & Competencies
- Understand and summarize legal documents clearly and accurately.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate a high level of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality.
