Role Purpose

To acquire new institutional clients in the crypto derivatives market and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets across global market coverage, including trading firms, market makers, and other institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Proactively hunt and acquire new clients in the crypto derivatives market.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the market.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.

Client Management

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business and satisfaction.

Market & Product Intelligence

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
• Provide feedback to product development teams to enhance product offerings based on client needs.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies.

Reporting

• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights for management review.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in crypto derivatives or options sales.
• Proven track record with trading firms, market makers, and other institutional clients.
• Strong understanding of global crypto markets and financial instruments.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
