Role Purpose

Supervise facility maintenance operations, manage preventive maintenance schedules, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee contractor projects, and optimize facility efficiency through technical analysis.

Key Responsibilities

System Maintenance

• Supervise routine and specialized maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

Preventive Planning

• Develop and monitor Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules and work orders.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure facility operations comply with health, safety regulations, and building codes.

Project & Vendor Management

• Oversee contractors and manage facility upgrades.
• Handle resource budgeting.

Technical Analysis

• Review blueprints, technical drawings, and operational reports to optimize facility efficiency.
