Junior Cost Coordinator – Interior at Al Shirawi Group.

Role Purpose

Assist in the preparation, monitoring, and control of project budgets and costs across interior projects, ensuring accurate cost tracking and effective communication between finance and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

Budget & Cost Planning

• Assist in preparing and monitoring project budgets and cost plans.
• Track project commitments and purchase orders against approved budgets.

Reporting & Documentation

• Update and maintain project cost reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Maintain accurate cost control records, logs, and documentation.
• Maintain the Portal procurement log against cost control budget.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Assist and coordinate with Procurement, Quantity Surveying, Planning, and Project teams to collect cost-related information.
