Role Purpose

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Assist users with troubleshooting and system maintenance to ensure IT equipment and applications operate effectively. Support IT asset management and inventory recording.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Monitor and troubleshoot IT-related problems.

Installation & Maintenance

• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment.
• Maintain system performance through ongoing monitoring.

Asset Management & Documentation

• Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
• Support IT asset management and inventory recording.

Qualifications & Experience

• 0–1 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, Technical Support, or a related field.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Network Administration, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or a related field.
