Role Purpose
Gain structured, hands-on exposure to luxury hospitality operations through a comprehensive internship programme designed to develop professional skills, service mindset, and understanding of hotel operations across selected operational and administrative departments.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Exposure
- Gain hands-on exposure to key functions within your assigned department.
- Develop practical experience across operational, administrative and supervisory responsibilities.
- Contribute to projects and initiatives within the hotel.
Learning & Development
- Engage with a structured learning plan aligned with internship duration and academic requirements.
- Participate in learning and development activities throughout the internship.
- Receive guidance and regular feedback from a dedicated Job Coach and departmental leaders.
- Participate in regular progress discussions and formal performance reviews.
Qualifications & Experience
- Currently enrolled in, or recent graduate from, an accredited hospitality management institution.
- Aged 18 years or above.
Skills & Competencies
- Genuine interest in luxury hospitality and guest service.
- Curious and proactive learner, eager to develop professional skills.
- Team player who demonstrates professionalism, respect and commitment to learning.
Additional Information
- Internship placements typically available for 6 to 12 months, depending on academic requirements, operational needs and available opportunities.
