Role Purpose

Manage the company's international procurement operations across imported categories, overseeing the complete sourcing-to-payment cycle while building localized supply chains for the Saudi factory and monitoring global market conditions.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement Operations

• Manage the company's imported category business and full international procurement process.
• Execute sourcing, price comparison, and supplier negotiation.
• Oversee order follow-up, inspection, and logistics coordination.
• Process payment and reconciliation.

Contract Management

• Draft and review international procurement contracts.
• Demonstrate strong contract management capabilities.
• Understand basic legal clauses in international agreements.

Trade Compliance & Customs

• Handle the company's customs affairs.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Incoterms 2020.
• Manage international transportation, insurance, and customs clearance procedures.
• Leverage freight forwarding and customs declaration experience.

Supplier Development

• Undertake localized procurement and resource development for the Saudi factory.
• Master international supplier evaluation, selection, and management methods.

Market Intelligence

• Conduct global supply chain market research.
• Track raw material price fluctuations and industry capacity trends.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner efficiently with R&D, production, quality, finance, logistics, and other departments.
• Demonstrate strong internal collaboration skills.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• CET-6 or equivalent English certification.
• Fluent oral English and proficient business English writing skills.
• Arabic language skills are a plus.
