AtkinsRéalis is recruiting experienced Intermediate Quantity Surveyors to join their team on newly awarded projects across varying sectors and multiple locations within the UAE. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects within a growing team.

Role Purpose
The Intermediate Quantity Surveyor will manage post-contract commercial administration and cost control on construction projects, ensuring accurate financial documentation, variation assessment, and contractual compliance throughout project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Contract Administration
- Administer contract re-measurement, interim and final account payment applications.
- Assess payment applications and prepare Monthly Cost Reports.
- Manage variations and process contractor claims.
- Administer Provisional Sums and Prime Costs.
- Manage Nominated Sub-Contractors, insurances and bonds.
- Attend design and commercial meetings.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized university.
- Minimum 5 years post-degree relevant experience in contracts and commercial management.
- Minimum 4 years of consultant and/or client background experience.
- Experience in one or more of the following key sectors: hospitality, residential, buildings, infrastructure.
- Previous experience of FIDIC Contracts preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in QS software Cost X or similar.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Good project background and proven ability in English language technical writing.
