Interface Specialist

Role Overview

Interface Specialist at HanmiGlobal Saudi, providing support to interface management and coordination across project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

Role Purpose

Ensure seamless communication and integration between project disciplines, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution and prevent delays caused by interface conflicts.

Key Responsibilities

Interface Tracking & Resolution

• Assist in identifying, tracking, and resolving interface issues between disciplines and contractors.
• Monitor progress and report interface status, risks, and potential conflicts.

Documentation & Control

• Maintain and update interface documentation, such as interface registers, matrices, and logs.
• Support the Interface Manager in interface control and quality assurance activities.

Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate interface meetings and communicate interface-related information to relevant parties.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure alignment of schedules and activities.

Process Improvement

• Contribute to continuous improvement of interface management processes and tools.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• 12 years of experience in interface management or project coordination within construction or engineering projects.
• Good knowledge of interface processes and project coordination principles.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with project management software and documentation tools.
• Attention to detail and proactive approach to problem-solving.
