Role Overview
Inspector - Structural - Roads & Bridges at AtkinsRéalis in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position supports the Projects Program with responsibility for inspecting structural and bridge construction works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Role Purpose
Provide on-site structural inspection and quality assurance for bridge and transportation infrastructure projects, ensuring all construction works comply with approved specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and relevant Saudi and international standards.
Key Responsibilities
Inspection & Compliance
- Inspect reinforced concrete, prestressed concrete, and structural steel works.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Monitor contractor activities and verify adherence to project specifications and QA/QC requirements.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
Quality Assurance & Support
- Support Resident Engineers in resolving construction and technical issues on site.
- Conduct site inspections to verify construction quality and standards compliance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in site supervision and inspection of bridge and structural works.
- Experience on major highway, bridge, interchange, and urban infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with Saudi standards and Ministry of Transport requirements.
- Experience with steel and concrete bridges, flyovers, interchanges, underpasses, and retaining structures.
- Experience in bridge rehabilitation, strengthening, widening, and replacement projects.
- GCC and Riyadh project experience preferred.
- Experience preferably within Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
