Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

• Coordinate all participating parties, including project owners, contractors, supervision companies, and design institutes.

Planning & Scheduling

• Develop and maintain project plans with strict adherence to construction schedules.

Quality, Safety & Cost Management

• Control project quality, safety, and costs throughout execution.

Regulatory & Compliance

• Ensure familiarity with project approval procedures, construction laws, safety regulations, and industrial standards in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in infrastructure project management.
• Valid local construction certificates issued in Saudi Arabia.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in CAD.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong planning skills.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and coordinate multiple parties.
