Role Overview

Infrastructure Engineer at GAC, Dubai.

Role Purpose

Provide technical infrastructure support to users and systems, maintaining IT equipment, network operations, and security across the organization while supporting IT infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support

• Provide technical support to users on IT equipment and peripherals.

Infrastructure Maintenance

• Maintain configuration details of IT equipment and recommend necessary upgrades.
• Maintain and administer network related equipment, including routers, switches, and FAX Servers.
• Back up and verify data of network servers.
• Maintain and install security updates to all computers and servers.

Projects & Procurement

• Assist in IT infrastructure projects as required, including office relocations.
• Liaise with Telecom vendors for IT related procurement and support.
