Role Overview

Industrial Skills Trainer - Computer with Saeed Raddad Group, in partnership with Saudi Aramco. Position is based in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.

Role Purpose

Develop and deliver technical training programs that build industrial skills in computer science and information technology. The role focuses on creating engaging learning experiences through practical demonstrations and digital tools, ensuring participants gain and retain complex technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Training Development & Content

• Develop and deliver technical training content, practical exercises, presentations, and assessments using appropriate learning technologies and digital tools.
• Develop, prepare, and deliver technical training programs, courses, workshops, and seminars based on organizational needs and training objectives.

Learning Delivery & Engagement

• Deliver engaging and effective learning experiences through practical demonstrations, hands-on activities, case studies, and digital learning methods.
• Ensure strong participant engagement and knowledge transfer across all learning activities.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or another technology-related field.

Experience

• 3–5 years of practical experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Programming, or other relevant technology areas.

Certifications

• Relevant industry-recognized technical certifications in areas such as AI, Cloud Computing, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, Programming, or other applicable technology (preferred).

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to participants with different levels of knowledge.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Problem-solving and classroom management capabilities.
• Adaptability and ability to manage technical challenges.
• Respond effectively to participant needs.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Programming, or other relevant technology areas.
