CRC is expanding its Industrial & Logistics division, operating in Dubai's industrial and logistics property sector fuelled by e-commerce, trade and regional distribution growth.

Role Purpose

Advise clients on industrial real estate transactions in a specialist, knowledge-led sector where deal values are significantly higher than residential markets, leveraging expertise in warehousing, logistics and manufacturing to build authority and generate high-value commissions.

Key Responsibilities

Client Advisory & Negotiation

• Advise on warehouses, logistics hubs, industrial land and manufacturing space
• Negotiate high-value leasing and sales deals
• Work with regional and international occupiers, investors and developers

Business Development

• Build authority in a specialised, high-growth sector
• Scale earnings through larger transaction sizes

Qualifications & Experience

• Experienced brokers with strong sales track records
• Industrial or commercial background preferred
• Understanding of warehousing, yard space, power loads, zoning and logistics requirements

Skills & Competencies

• Fluent English speaker
• Self-starter motivated by high performance and high reward
