Industrial Engineer – Process Automation & Optimization at e.construct, based in the UAE, leading improvement, modernization, and automation of UHPC and precast production operations across multiple facilities.

e.construct is a fast-growing engineering firm with 7 offices around the world that specializes in elegant engineering solutions for complex challenges. The firm designs structures including bridges, high-rise buildings, commercial facilities, precast concrete engineering, and post-tensioning design. e.construct is a multi-disciplinary engineering design firm with divisions in structural, MEP, Geotechnical, and emerging construction technology such as 3D printing of concrete and 3D laser scanning. The firm manufactures UHPC and precast elements exclusively for its own engineering-led projects, with production operations existing to serve engineering excellence.

Role Purpose

Drive process optimization, automation, and systems improvement within a high-precision, project-driven manufacturing environment to enhance productivity, consistency, quality, and scalability across multiple production locations.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Process Improvement

• Analyze processes on the factory floor to identify optimization opportunities.
• Lead the improvement and modernization of UHPC and precast production operations.
• Implement process improvements and automation solutions across production facilities.
• Enhance productivity, consistency, and quality in manufacturing operations.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams on improvement initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.

• This is a hands-on, site-based role requiring regular presence on the factory floor.
