Indirect Procurement Manager based in Riyadh at Jingdong. This role leads procurement operations across the JD Group's European business, managing indirect spend categories including warehouse, equipment, consumables, interior renovation, and administration.

Role Purpose
Own procurement operations for JD Group's European business, optimizing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle from request through vendor management, controlling indirect spend costs, and building sustainable supplier relationships to ensure procurement outcomes meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement Operations
- Manage procurement business across warehouse, equipment, consumables, interior renovation, and administration categories.
- Optimize the procurement process from managing procurement requests to suppliers sourcing, formulating procurement plans, operating procurement, and managing vendor performance.
Procurement Cost Control
- Sort and rationalize procurement requirements regularly.
- Design effective procurement models aligned with business models.
- Ensure rationality of procurement costs through cost analysis and historical data analysis.
Supplier Relationship Management
- Build and maintain supplier relationships.
- Ensure a sustainable supplier ecosystem.
Data Analysis and Innovation
- Regularly analyze and organize procurement business data.
- Propose continuous innovative improvement suggestions.
