To bridge in-store operations with digital technology, driving the implementation and continuous improvement of digital tools and platforms across retail locations while optimizing customer experiences and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

In-Store Digital Operations

• Operate and manage in-store digital solutions including kiosks, digital signage, mobile tools, and assisted selling platforms to enhance customer engagement and store performance

Performance Monitoring & Insights

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital solutions, identifying improvement opportunities and delivering data-driven insights

Training & Change Management

• Develop and deliver comprehensive coworker training programs, standard operating procedures, and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of new digital tools during rollout and post-launch phases

Omnichannel Integration

• Integrate omnichannel digital capabilities with physical store operations to create seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience with digital retail technologies, omnichannel platforms, or in-store digital solutions

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret performance metrics and translate data into actionable recommendations
• Excellent communication and training abilities with capacity to support diverse teams across multiple store locations
