With its new brand identity, ALTANFEETHI has become the first choice for VIP travelers and an attraction destination around the Kingdom's airports.

Role Purpose

Advise on the vision, strategy, and guest experience of the iconic terminal project to shape a landmark, world-class terminal that delivers exceptional experiences and reflects the company's ambition.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Advisory

• Advise top management and project teams on the vision, strategy, and direction of the iconic terminal project to shape a landmark and world-class project.
• Advise on industry trends and benchmarks through market insight to keep the project innovative and globally competitive.

Design & Architecture

• Advise on design and architectural direction through expert guidance to ensure an iconic, distinctive, and functional terminal.
• Support alignment between design, operations, and guest experience through advisory input to ensure a coherent and integrated terminal concept.

Guest Experience

• Advise on the guest experience concept through expert guidance to ensure a luxurious, seamless, and differentiated journey.

Project Oversight

• Review project plans, designs, and milestones through structured assessment to provide expert feedback and support informed decisions.
• Identify project risks and opportunities through expert insight to support sound decisions and protect the project's ambition.

Operations & Standards

• Guide the project team on aviation and terminal best practices to align the design with operational and industry standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Aviation Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in aviation, terminal development, or mega-project delivery, including luxury guest-experience expertise.
• Proven experience advising on or delivering large-scale aviation or terminal projects.
• Demonstrated experience shaping iconic, landmark, or world-class projects.
