Hydrojetter / High Pressure Jetting Technician / Water Jetting Technician

Role Overview

ABIS is seeking a Hydrojetter / High Pressure Jetting Technician / Water Jetting Technician to join the operations team. The role is based in an industrial, oil & gas, or construction environment and focuses on operating high-pressure water jetting equipment to clean, maintain, and prepare surfaces and pipelines.

Role Purpose

Operate high-pressure water jetting equipment safely and efficiently to clean pipelines, tanks, and surfaces while adhering to company and industry safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Operation

• Operate high-pressure water jetting equipment for cleaning pipelines, tanks, and surfaces.
• Set up and maintain hydrojetting machinery and accessories.

Maintenance & Inspection

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Identify and troubleshoot operational issues during hydrojetting tasks.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe work environment.

Collaboration & Documentation

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, equipment usage, and any incidents.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years experience in hydrojetting, high-pressure jetting, or water jetting operations.
• Strong knowledge of hydrojetting equipment operation and maintenance.
• Relevant certifications or training in hydrojetting or industrial cleaning are an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to work safely with high-pressure water systems and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Good physical fitness and capability to work in demanding outdoor or industrial environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
