Role Purpose
To maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and restore operations of facility systems and equipment in a fast-paced environment, including chillers, air conditioning, ventilation, and Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) systems, while conducting preventive maintenance and supervisory field inspections.
Key Responsibilities
Facility Systems Operations
- Supervise, troubleshoot, and restore operations of facility systems and equipment.
- Possess detailed working knowledge of facility equipment and operations including facility systems operations, chillers, air conditioning, ventilation, and structural repairs.
- Schedule preventive maintenance assignments and work orders.
Field Inspections and Support
- Conduct daily supervisory field inspections.
- Assist craftsmen in assigned duties.
Customer Relations and Compliance
- Provide good customer relations skills to effectively assist company and customer representatives.
- Cooperate with and support IAP policies.
- Respond to after-hours calls and work requirements.
Equipment Operation
- Operate company vehicles in a safe manner when assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- High School diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintaining and repairing commercial and industrial HVAC/R systems and Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) systems.
- Journeyman HVAC with CFC Universal License/Certification.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair Computer Room Air Conditioning Systems (CRAC).

- Excellent verbal and writing skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft programs including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of safety rules, practices, and environmental policies.
- Physical condition meeting OSHA requirements of lifting 50 pounds.
Additional Information
- Valid U.S. Driver's License required.
- Valid U.S. Passport preferred.
- Must meet all current USCENTCOM Deployment Policy Requirements as outlined in the USCENTCOM APR 23 MOD EIGHTEEN TO USCENTCOM INDIVIDUAL AND INDIVIDUAL-UNIT DEPLOYMENT POLICY.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Residency Visa for Qatar.
- Must be able to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures.
- Must be able to endure long hours, exposure to weather, and hazardous conditions.
- Must have and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
- Travel: 100%, in deployed location.
