Role Purpose
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment to minimize downtime and ensure reliable operation of mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities
Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
- Execute preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment according to established schedules.
- Perform predictive and preventive maintenance including cleaning and replacement of defective mechanical parts.
- Conduct periodic checks of tool and instrument inventory.
Operations & Adjustments
- Record equipment readings and make adjustments to ensure proper operation.
- Execute corrective maintenance work with focus on effectiveness and short downtime.
Safety & Compliance
- Comply with departmental policy for safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials.
- Maintain a clean and safe workplace.
Additional Duties
- Perform additional job duties as requested.
