HVAC Technician

Role Overview

HVAC Technician at Hilton, responsible for maintaining all refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment and installations in good working condition by carrying out necessary repairs and preventive maintenance.

Role Purpose

Ensure all refrigeration and air-conditioning systems across the property operate reliably and safely, prioritizing guest room issues and supporting the broader maintenance program through preventive and corrective repairs.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations

• Attend to all refrigeration and air-conditioning trouble reports on a daily basis.
• Prioritize guest room trouble reports.
• Carry out necessary repairs to restore equipment to working condition.

Maintenance & Collaboration

• Work closely with the A/C and Refrigeration Technician/Foreman and peers to execute preventive maintenance programs.
• Execute annual maintenance programs.

Compliance & Reporting

• Follow all safety rules and regulations, departmental procedures, and instructions.
• Report to the A/C and Refrigeration Technician/Foreman regarding daily work progress and trouble report completion.

General

• Carry out all other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
