Role Purpose

Under direct supervision, perform daily assigned HVAC maintenance, repair, and installation work while maintaining safe work practices and site organization.

Key Responsibilities

Work Execution

• Receive and follow daily work assignments under direct supervision.
• Explain instructions and documentation to plan work activities.
• Coordinate movement of materials and equipment to work locations.
• Set up work sites for HVAC operations.

Maintenance & Documentation

• Complete and review work records.
• Maintain tools and equipment in working condition.
• Perform various cleanup activities.

Safety & Compliance

• Observe and follow all safety rules and procedures.
• Wear required personal safety equipment at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma required.
• 8+ years of experience in HVAC field.
