Human Resources COOP Trainee

Role Overview

Human Resources COOP Trainee position at Segadty, located in Riyadh. This cooperative training role offers practical experience in human resources within a real working environment, with participation in various HR processes and operations.

Role Purpose

Support the Human Resources department by participating in core HR functions, gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, employee administration, compliance, and organizational development while contributing to daily departmental tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Support recruitment processes including resume screening and interview coordination.
• Assist with new employee onboarding procedures.

Employee Records & Administration

• Organize and update employee files and data.
• Support attendance, leave, and administrative follow-up activities.

Reporting & Analytics

• Assist in preparing HR reports and performance indicators.

Policy & Process Development

• Participate in developing internal policies and procedures.

Employee Engagement

• Support internal communication activities and employee experience initiatives.

General Operations

• Participate in daily tasks and projects assigned by the HR department.

Qualifications & Experience

• Currently enrolled student in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field of study.
• COOP training requirement from university or college.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Willingness to learn and take on responsibility.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
