Role Purpose

Conduct daily health, safety, and environmental (HSE) inspections, monitor site activities for regulatory compliance, and ensure all personnel adhere to approved HSE requirements and safe work practices across construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Inspections & Monitoring

• Conduct daily HSE inspections and monitor site activities.
• Monitor work at height, scaffolding, lifting and other high-risk activities.
• Maintain HSE inspection, training and site records.

Compliance & Requirements

• Ensure compliance with approved MSRA, PTW and HSE requirements.
• Follow up corrective actions with supervisors and subcontractors.

Training & Awareness

• Conduct toolbox talks, inductions and HSE awareness activities.

Incident & Safety Management

• Identify and immediately address unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
• Support incident reporting and investigation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree with NEBOSH IGC or equivalent recognized HSE qualification.
• Minimum 3–5 years of HSE experience in UAE construction projects.
• Previous high-rise or multi-storey building construction experience in Abu Dhabi or Dubai is essential.
• Good practical knowledge of work at height, scaffolding, lifting activities, formwork, housekeeping, electrical safety, PPE and PTW requirements.
• Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi HSE requirements.

Skills & Competencies

• Good communication and site coordination skills.
