HSE Inspector

Role Overview

HSE Inspector position at HanmiGlobal Saudi. The role supports the implementation and enforcement of health, safety, and environmental policies on site.

Role Purpose

Conduct regular site inspections, monitor compliance with HSE regulations and company standards, and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel involved in projects.

Key Responsibilities

Inspections & Compliance

• Perform routine site inspections to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company standards.
• Identify potential safety hazards and report non-compliance or unsafe practices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to safety inspections and incidents.

Incident Management

• Assist in investigating incidents, accidents, and near misses.
• Recommend corrective actions following incident investigation.

Training & Culture

• Facilitate HSE awareness and training sessions as required.
• Coordinate with project teams and contractors to promote a strong safety culture.

Continuous Improvement

• Support the HSE management team in implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years experience in HSE inspection or related roles within the construction or engineering industry.
• Good understanding of local and international HSE standards and regulations.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong observational and reporting skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams.

Additional Information

• Certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH are advantageous.
