HSE Engineer

Role Overview

HSE Engineer at HanmiGlobal Saudi. The role monitors and ensures compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across multiple project sites, identifying potential risks, enforcing safety procedures, and promoting a strong safety culture within the project team.

Key Responsibilities

Site Inspections & Risk Management

• Conduct regular site inspections to identify HSE risks, hazards, and non-compliance issues.
• Identify risks and enforce corrective actions effectively.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with approved HSE plans, risk assessments, and local regulations.
• Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for any violations and follow up on corrective actions.
• Prepare and issue site instructions related to HSE requirements and improvements.

Incident & Performance Management

• Support incident investigations and prepare reports with root cause analysis.
• Monitor implementation of corrective and preventive measures.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

• Promote HSE awareness through toolbox talks and on-site guidance.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure continuous improvement in HSE performance.
• Run HSE meetings with the contractor's team.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as an HSE Officer, preferably across multiple sites.
• OSHA certification is mandatory.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of HSE standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

Additional Information

• Willingness to travel and work across multiple project locations.
