Role Overview

HR Recruiter (Real Estate) at MIRA Construction in Dubai. This is an opportunity to build a recruitment function from the ground up and play a key role in attracting and onboarding top-performing real estate professionals.

Role Purpose

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for real estate agents and corporate positions, improve hiring processes, and support company growth by identifying and hiring high-quality real estate professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Lifecycle Management

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for real estate agents and corporate positions as required.
• Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates using multiple recruitment channels.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.

Process Design & Development

• Design and implement structured recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Improve hiring processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

Pipeline & Workforce Planning

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified real estate professionals.
• Collaborate with management to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.

Candidate Experience & Records

• Ensure an excellent candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and hiring reports.

Market Knowledge

• Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices within the UAE real estate market.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience within a real estate agency.
• Proven experience recruiting real estate agents in the UAE.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and candidate attraction methods.
• Excellent interviewing, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
