Role Overview

HR Manager on-site at Delta Electronics. This is a standalone senior HR role responsible for managing and overseeing all HR matters across the Middle East and assigned territories, serving as the primary HR point of contact for the business.

Role Purpose

Lead all HR strategy, operations and employee lifecycle management across the Middle East and assigned territories, ensuring compliance, resolving workplace issues, and embedding company values and culture across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement HR strategy and plan aligned with the company's business direction.
  • Promote and reinforce the company's core values.

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding.

Compensation & Administration

  • Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and HR administration.

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Arrange employee relations activities and resolve workplace issues professionally and confidentially.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Proven experience in a senior HR role within the GCC region.
  • Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee development, offboarding, and local regulation.
  • Candidates currently based in the UAE with valid residency and work authorization and strong knowledge of the local HR market are preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters appropriately.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent Arabic and English communication skills required.
