Role Overview

Role Purpose

Manage HR programmes and initiatives to foster a positive work environment, ensure employee compliance and satisfaction, and empower colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experiences that bring the brand to life.

Key Responsibilities

Culture and Employee Engagement

• Create programmes to foster a positive work environment for every employee.
• Develop creative ways to inspire and motivate the team to provide exceptional guest experiences.
• Support and administer an annual team member satisfaction survey.
• Promote a positive team culture aligned with brand values.

Onboarding and Administration

• Welcome and orient new members of staff.
• Manage employee records and ensure compliance with relevant employee laws, policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• 3 years' related experience in Human Resources, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Some college courses in Human Resources, Employment Law or related field preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Fluent English required.
• Other languages may be preferred.
