Role Purpose
Supervise the Housekeeping Attendants team to achieve operational objectives while ensuring that the standards of cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel meet specified requirements. Key Responsibilities
Team Management & Operations
- Prepare Housekeeping Attendants job assignments.
- Issue keys and supplies to Housekeeping Attendants.
- Attend daily meetings and receive special instructions.
Quality Assurance & Standards
- Receive check-outs before reporting them as vacant.
- Inspect areas cleaned using checklists to verify that cleaning is adequate and supplies in rooms are as per standard.
- Report immediate repairs required.
Guest Service
- Receive special requests from guests and carry them out.
Qualifications & Experience
- Similar experience in a luxury hotel.
- Experience in effective learning and development methods.
- Strong organizational skills.
Skills & Competencies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and diverse work environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Additional language is an added advantage.
- Result-oriented and self-motivated.
- Positive attitude.
