Role Purpose
Support the housekeeping department in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction by delivering guest amenities, supplies, and services efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Supply Management
- Deliver guest amenities, linen, and housekeeping supplies to assigned areas.
- Assist with the preparation and replenishment of housekeeping trolleys and supplies.
- Collect and transport linen, guest laundry, and other housekeeping-related items as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas and service corridors.
Guest & Team Support
- Ensure timely delivery of guest requests and maintain excellent service standards.
- Provide professional and friendly support to guests and team members.
Compliance & Reporting
- Follow hotel policies, health and safety standards, and hygiene procedures at all times.
- Report any maintenance issues, lost and found items, or guest concerns to the supervisor.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in a hotel housekeeping or hospitality environment is preferred.
