Role Purpose

Ensure all guest rooms are well maintained and cleaned to the highest standards, provide professional customer service to guests, and maintain a safe and orderly environment for guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Room and Corridor Maintenance

• Deliver exceptionally clean, neat and well-maintained guest rooms and corridors.
• Ensure the appearance and environment of all guest rooms meets the highest standards.

Guest Service

• Provide professional customer service to hotel guests.
• Handle all guest requests promptly and efficiently.

Team and Safety

• Treat guests and colleagues with respect.
• Work collaboratively to deliver the highest quality of service to all.
• Provide a safe and orderly environment for guests and employees.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in Housekeeping department.
