Key Responsibilities

Operations & Standards

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations and manage cleanliness, service, and product quality standards in guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and meeting areas.
• Coordinate housekeeping efforts to ensure rooms are cleaned and available for guests promptly and efficiently.
• Oversee and perform room and public area inspections to maintain high-quality standards and compliance.

Management & Process

• Oversee systems usage, cost controls, budgeting, forecasting, and policy enforcement to drive efficiency and profitability.

Team Leadership

• Supervise and support team members.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.
