Role Purpose

Support the Housekeeping Department in maintaining smooth daily operations by assisting with guest room and public area cleaning and preparation, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Room and Public Area Operations

• Assist with cleaning and preparing guest rooms and public areas
• Assist with making beds, replenishing guest supplies, and arranging room amenities
• Help maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the hotel

Support and Coordination

• Provide general support to the Housekeeping team
• Assist the team as required
• Support the proper handling and storage of linen, cleaning supplies, and housekeeping equipment
• Handle administration and maintain good relationships with different departments
• Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, and guest requests to the relevant team
