Role Purpose
As a Housekeeping Attendant, you ensure rooms meet the hotel's exacting standards of cleanliness and presentation. You work proactively as an integral part of the housekeeping team to deliver guest satisfaction and support the smooth running of the department, creating memorable moments through exceptional attention to detail and service.
Key Responsibilities
Housekeeping Operations
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout guest rooms and common areas.
- Ensure pillows are plumped to perfection and mirrors are gleaming.
- Keep all items in their designated places.
- Deliver a spotlessly clean experience that exceeds guest expectations.
Guest Satisfaction & Teamwork
- Work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to support smooth departmental operations.
- Work as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential.
