Key Responsibilities

Guest Room Maintenance

• Clean and tidy assigned rooms daily, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed to maintain room standards.
• Replace bed linens, towels, and guest essentials according to hotel standards.

Supply Management

• Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and guest amenities.

Guest Service

• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Address guest concerns with professionalism and care.

Waste Management

• Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas.
• Maintain proper waste segregation protocols.
