Role Purpose
Ensure that all guest rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance. Provide exceptionally clean, neat and well-maintained guest rooms and corridors while delivering professional customer service and maintaining a safe and orderly environment for guests and employees.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Room Maintenance
- Maintain the appearance and environment of all guest rooms to the highest standards.
- Provide exceptionally clean, neat and well-maintained guest rooms and corridors.
Customer Service
- Deliver professional customer service to hotel guests.
- Handle all guest requests promptly and efficiently.
Safety & Operations
- Provide guests and employees with a safe and orderly environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in Housekeeping department.
Skills & Competencies
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Positive attitude even under pressure.
