Role Overview

Housekeeping Attendant (Guest Environment Expert) at Marriott International. This role supports hotel operations across multiple locations.

Role Purpose

Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Guest Environment Experts are empowered to identify and address housekeeping needs across guest rooms and public spaces, responding to guest requests and ensuring spaces contribute to memorable stays.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Room & Public Space Maintenance

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, including freshly making beds.
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of public spaces throughout the hotel.
• Deliver on guest requests related to room condition and amenities.

Operations & Support

• Stock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies and materials.
• Move about assigned spaces independently to identify and address cleaning and maintenance needs.
• Perform hands-on work including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing 50 pounds or less without assistance.
• Complete other reasonable job duties as assigned.

• Ensure a safe workplace through adherence to safety protocols.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest and hotel information.
• Uphold quality standards in all housekeeping functions.
• Present a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style at all times.

Additional Information
