Role Purpose

You will maintain exceptional cleanliness, presentation, and comfort of guest rooms and public areas while delivering memorable hospitality experiences that make every guest's stay welcoming, comfortable, and exceptional.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Room & Public Area Maintenance

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms and public areas, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and performing deep-cleaning tasks as required.
• Maintain exceptional cleanliness standards throughout assigned areas.

Linens & Amenities

• Replace bed linens, towels, and guest amenities to ensure rooms are fully prepared and meet brand standards.
• Replenish linens and amenities according to hotel procedures.

Supply Management

• Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping cart with all required cleaning materials and amenities.
• Manage housekeeping supplies to ensure readiness for daily operations.

Guest Service

• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
• Deliver outstanding service to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay experience.

Waste & Maintenance

• Collect and dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with hotel procedures and cleanliness standards.
• Identify and promptly report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards within guest rooms and public areas.

Team Collaboration

• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to maintain high housekeeping standards.
• Support team operations to ensure smooth daily operations.
