Role Purpose

Ensure that all guest rooms and corridors are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and appearance. Provide professional customer service to guests by handling all requests promptly and efficiently. Deliver a safe and orderly environment for guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Room & Environment Maintenance

• Maintain exceptionally clean, neat and well-maintained guest rooms and corridors.
• Ensure the appearance and environment of all guest rooms meets the highest standards.

Customer Service

• Provide professional customer service to the Hotel's guests.
• Handle all guest requests promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in Housekeeping department.

• Attention to detail.
• Positive attitude even under pressure.
