Role Purpose

Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel while delivering exceptional guest experiences. The Hotel Cleanliness Expert ensures guest rooms and public spaces are impeccably maintained and respond to guest requests, enabling memorable and unique stays.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Environment Management

• Deliver guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds and ensuring fresh presentation.
• Clean and maintain public spaces throughout the hotel.
• Stock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies.
• Move about the hotel space with autonomy to identify and address cleaning and maintenance needs.

Standards & Safety

• Maintain a safe workplace for yourself and others.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Uphold quality and cleanliness standards consistently.
• Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.
• Maintain confidentiality as required.
• Complete other reasonable job duties as requested.

Additional Information

• Physical demands: Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Lifting and carrying: Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 50 pounds or less without assistance.
