To build memorable and unique guest experiences by maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel, delivering exceptional service through hands-on housekeeping functions, and ensuring spaces help create a great guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Services & Requests

• Deliver guest requests promptly and professionally.

Housekeeping Operations

• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel.
• Clean rooms and public spaces to uphold quality standards.
• Stock housekeeping carts.
• Move about the assigned space and complete work as needed.

Workplace Standards

• Ensure a safe work environment.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Uphold quality standards.
• Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.

Skills & Competencies

• Skilled in a wide range of housekeeping functions.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Hands-on approach to work.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 50 pounds or less without assistance.
