Role Overview
Hotel Cleanliness Expert at Element City Center, Marriott.
Role Purpose
Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel while creating a memorable and unique guest experience. Guest Environment Experts are skilled in a wide range of housekeeping functions and are empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done to support guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Services & Requests
- Deliver guest requests promptly and professionally.
Housekeeping Operations
- Clean and maintain guest rooms to high standards.
- Clean and maintain all public spaces throughout the hotel.
- Stock and organize housekeeping carts.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Standards & Compliance
- Ensure a safe workplace for all team members.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest and company information.
- Uphold quality standards in all work.
- Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.
Additional Information
Guest Environment Experts will be on their feet and moving around, standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. The role requires a hands-on approach to work and the ability to perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
