Hotel Cleanliness Expert at Marriott, a Guest Environment Expert position responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel while creating memorable and unique guest experiences.

Role Purpose
To maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Guest Environment Experts are empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done to ensure spaces help create a great guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Services
- Deliver guest requests and respond to guest needs throughout the hotel.
- Create memorable and unique experiences that go beyond providing a clean room and freshly made bed.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Clean guest rooms and public spaces to maintain hotel appearance and cleanliness standards.
- Stock and manage housekeeping carts with necessary supplies and materials.
Operations
- Ensure a safe workplace and follow all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold quality standards at all times.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
Professional Standards
- Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.
Additional Information
- Physical demands: stand, sit, or walk for extended time; move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 50 pounds or less without assistance.
